AskSLM provides on-premise AI inference infrastructure, including software, pre-configured hardware appliances, and related support services. Specific service terms, including pricing and service level agreements, are defined in individual customer agreements.
3. Use of the Website
You may use our website for informational purposes and to engage with our business. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the website's operation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the AskSLM website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AskSLM, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
5. Customer Data
For customers using AskSLM's on-premise solutions: you retain full ownership and control of all data processed by AskSLM software on your infrastructure. AskSLM has no access to, and makes no claim on, data processed within your environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskSLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to AskSLM in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
